Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your electronic mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
